Monica and American gas works upgraded our log set to a thermostat remote making this a a very luxurious log set for a great price. Installation was professional and clean. While installing the fireplaces Keith installed new shut off valves on serval appliances that were berry old.

The thermostat remote control makes the gas log fireplace so much more luxurious. Keeps the room comfortable all the time, and one touch on/off is very convenient.

I just had Keith install my vent free gas logs and I love them. I was hesitant at first. Took me 3 years to make the decision and now I wonder why I waited so long. Monica walked me through all of my options. Explained the different burners. Looked at the pictures of my fireplace and listened to what I wanted. I love the logs I decided to get. Keith took his time and ran my gas line then installed them. Very happy.
A bit pricey.we spent more than we planned but we are happy with our purchase. Wanted it for the holidays. Would have given it a 4-star because one log was completely broken. I filed a claim with customer service and they shipped a new log right away. My family loves it.

Arrived quick. Bought this for my 81 y/o father. I got the remote where he can set the temperature. He spends most of his time in the 3 season room where it gets very cold. He was using a space heater but this is much better and it’s nice to look at.
