This product is top of the line. Excellent quality and quick shipping. The only problem we had was there were no instructions or links provided on how to sync the remote to the fire.

I was looking for some gas logs and got an opportunity to talk with Monica. She walked me through the whole process, explained every detail and was just super wonderful to work with when we did have a problem with one of the logs being cracked she handled it right away. I 100% recommend this company.

Customer service was wonderful and the order arrived quicker than I expected. Monica was wonderful and answered all of my questions.. they burn very well and look great. My installed has not had a chance to get back to finish the install so I’m not sure how to do everything - like the thermostat. He took the info book with him so he could ask some questions about the installs. I guess the only thing that concerns me is how easily the log broke. It slipped off the stand and he caught it on the floor of our fireplace. When the new log came, I opened the top of the box to make sure it was the right log. Then I closed it back and put it up until it can be installed. Laying in the box it looked very thin on the same spot that the first one broke. My other logs were heavy porcelain logs. I hope these are not too fragile.

This is a beautiful fire. Throws out a lot of heat and I love the ease of the remote control.

They did a great job with my restored grill!

American Gas was great with their attention and customer service. My only complaint was the condition of the logs. Many were cracked. AGW was great in getting a replacement set for us, but the packaging was pretty inferior from the manufacturer.

I haven’t opened the box yet. It’s been too cold in Chicagoland to use the fireplace. Waiting for my son in law to install them

These Empire Stacked Wildwood vent free logs are nice! They provide so much comfort and are esthetically pleasing. American Gas Works was great to do business with and made things so easy and amazing! Do not hesitate to purchase your logs from AGWS!

The Mountain Birch log set is very realistic with the lightness and the grain and reallt brightens up the inside of the fireplace! Love it!
