Cancellations

If no portion of your order has shipped, you may cancel your order within 48 hours from the time your order was placed. Cancellations are accepted via email only at CustomerSupport@AmericanGasWorks.net. No other cancellation method is accepted. You will receive a confirmation email confirming that your cancellation was accepted. Cancellation requests after your order has shipped are subject to the Returns Policy.
