Arizona Weathered Oak - Vented Gas Logs
These logs were found in the mountains of the Northern Arizona forest. In fact, all of the logs that make up this collection were gathered from one tree that was hit by lightning more than 40 years ago. The effects of the lightning strike created bulges, twisting, and cracking in the wood which are unique to our Arizona Weathered Oak Collection. Each of the front logs that make up the log sets is proprietary to the sets that they reside in. All of the logs were gathered by our log hunters picking the pieces of wood that exude the most unique characteristics and detail. With this attention to detail, our Arizona Weathered Oak is the most authentic-looking oak log set. Like all logs manufactured by Grand Canyon Gas Logs, our logs are individually cast and then hand-painted to perfection by our artists creating the most realistic-looking logs on the market.
