The thermostat remote control makes the gas log fireplace so much more luxurious. Keeps the room comfortable all the time, and one touch on/off is very convenient.
I just had Keith install my vent free gas logs and I love them. I was hesitant at first. Took me 3 years to make the decision and now I wonder why I waited so long. Monica walked me through all of my options. Explained the different burners. Looked at the pictures of my fireplace and listened to what I wanted. I love the logs I decided to get. Keith took his time and ran my gas line then installed them. Very happy.
American Gas was great with their attention and customer service. My only complaint was the condition of the logs. Many were cracked. AGW was great in getting a replacement set for us, but the packaging was pretty inferior from the manufacturer.
I haven’t opened the box yet. It’s been too cold in Chicagoland to use the fireplace. Waiting for my son in law to install them
